Caffeine 200 mg
The part that wakes you up. More than a 16oz can, about the same as two coffees. Enough to actually do something.
L-Theanine 200 mg
The reason this doesn't feel like a can. Matched one-to-one with the caffeine, so the energy comes up level instead of arriving all at once — and doesn't drop you at three. This is the part a can can't do.
Vitamin B12 100 mcg
The tiredness one. Helps your body turn what you eat into energy it can actually use, and supports your nervous system while it does it.

Genuinely didn't expect this
Was on 2 white monsters a day for like 3 years. Ordered these mostly because of the price tbh. White citrus is the closest thing I've found to it — not identical, but close enough that I stopped buying cans. The big thing is I don't get that drop around 3pm anymore. Been 5 weeks.
Blue raspberry is dangerous
it's too good. i've had to stop myself doing three in a day. tastes like the blue slushie from a gas station but not sickly
Four stars, and here's why
Original and blue raspberry are excellent. White citrus is fine but a bit thin for me — I wanted more of a grapefruit bite and it's more of a lemon water. Not bad, just the one I reach for last. Everything else is exactly as described and the price is unreal compared to what I was spending.
The half thing sold me
200 is too much for me after about 2pm so I snap it and take half. Never been able to do that with a can. Small thing but it's the reason I'll keep buying these.
about the same taste, way less money
original tastes like red bull to me, maybe a bit less syrupy. not better. but it's 83 cents instead of 3.79 and it doesn't wreck me at 4pm so who cares
My gym bag thanks me
I used to carry two cans to the gym and they'd bang around and one time one opened in my bag. Now it's a tube in the side pocket. Mango lemonade is my favorite by a mile. Also my fridge shelf is free again which I didn't expect to care about.
Doesn't make my hands shake
I stopped drinking coffee because of the jitters and energy drinks were doing a milder version of the same thing. This doesn't. Same amount of caffeine on paper, feels completely different. Whatever the theanine is doing, it's doing it.
Takes a minute to dissolve, worth knowing
Good product. Only note is it takes closer to 90 seconds in properly cold water, not the 60 I expected, so don't try to rush it or you get grit at the bottom. Once you know that it's fine. Original is spot on.

no sucralose aftertaste
this is the actual difference. bang blue razz and every other zero sugar thing i've tried has that chemical thing at the back of your throat. this doesn't. thats it, thats the review
