Shipping policy

Shipping

Shipping is $4.90, and free on any order of two tubes or more. There is no express upsell and no surcharge added later — what you see at checkout is what you pay.

Preorders and shipping timing

WATT is available for preorder and is not ready to ship. Shipping is still several weeks away. This is our current estimate, not a confirmed shipping or delivery date. Payment is collected at checkout.

We will email you as we have more information. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the destination and carrier; we do not currently have a confirmed transit estimate.

Tracking

We will email your tracking link when your order ships. An order confirmation is not a shipping confirmation.

Cancel before shipment

You may cancel anytime before shipment for a full refund to your original payment method, including any shipping charge. Email hey@drinkwatt.com with your order number.

Customs and import duties

We ship worldwide, but we cannot control what your own country charges on import. If you are outside the United States, your customs authority may apply duty or local tax before delivery. That charge comes from them, not from us, and it is not something we can refund.

If something goes wrong

Wrong address, damaged parcel, nothing arrived — email hey@drinkwatt.com and we will sort it out. If a parcel is lost in transit we will resend it. If you gave us an address that cannot be delivered to, we will resend once the parcel comes back to us.
